A: Normally, we CZPT our goods in one color box. If you have specific request about packing, pls negotiate with us in advance, we can CZPT the goods as your ask for.

Q2. What is your conditions of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% just before shipping and delivery. We are going to present you the pictures of the items and packages 
prior to you pay out the balance. Other payments phrases, pls negotiate with us in progress, we can examine.

Q3. What is your conditions of shipping and delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your shipping time?
A: Generally, it will just take 25 to 30 times right after receiving your CZPT payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the products and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you create according to the samples?
A: Of course, we can make by your samples or complex drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample plan?
A: We can supply the sample if we have prepared components in inventory, but the clients have to spend the sample cost and 
the courier cost.We welcome sample purchase.

Q7. Do you check all your merchandise ahead of shipping?
