three, Box is mold by ductile iron and use the aging heat treatment to insure the stability. The bearing location between box and its cover is the key to ensure the total accuracy.
4, The other parts of cone box are mold by carbon steel. thermal refining process make sure the intensity of bevel gearbox. When the produce finished, Corrosion treatment is needed to increase the lifetime of workpiece.
